Terms of use

Range App is run by cques LLC, a Florida company. Using it means accepting what is below. It is short because the things that matter are few.
What this is
Range App is a tool for a small group of people who shoot together to keep their own records and compare them. It is unfinished software in active testing. Features change, screens change, and some things do not work yet.
Scores in this app are not authoritative. They are what you and your crew typed in. They are not a competition result, not a qualification, not a certification, and not evidence of anything to anybody outside your crew.
Who may use it
You must be 18 or older, and you must have been invited. There is no public sign-up: an account is created only for somebody holding a live invite from a crew.
Using it reasonably
- Enter your own scores. Do not enter somebody else’s, and do not enter fiction.
- Post only photographs you took, of your own equipment. Do not post other people, and do not post anything you would not want a crew mate to have a copy of.
- Do not forward an invite to somebody the crew has not agreed to. An invite is a seat at a specific table.
- A challenge link or a session recap link opens for anybody who has it. Send it only to people you mean to see it. Either can be stopped from the screen that made it.
- Do not attempt to reach data that is not yours, automate the app, or probe it. If you find something that lets you, tell us; that is a favour and it will be treated as one.
Losing access
A crew admin can remove you from their crew at any time, for any reason, and does not have to explain it. cques LLC can withdraw access to Range App entirely if the above is not followed, or if the software is being tested and testing ends.
Removal from a crew is not deletion of your account. Your own records stay yours, and you can download or delete them from the You screen.
Your data
What you enter stays yours. cques LLC does not sell it, does not advertise against it, and does not share it beyond the companies listed in the privacy notice, which also says exactly what deleting your account does and does not remove.
No warranty
This software is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it works, stays available, or keeps your data. It is backed up nightly and built to survive having no signal, and it is still test software: do not let it be the only record of anything you would mind losing. Serial numbers, gun photos and scans are kept only on your phone and are not in that nightly backup. The file you can save from a gun’s Records holds the serial and details; keep the photos in your own camera roll.
To the extent the law allows, cques LLC is not liable for loss arising from using it. Nothing in Range App is advice about firearms, safety, training or the law in your state. Handling a firearm safely is yours alone, at the range and everywhere else.
Changes, and reaching us
These terms will change while the software is being built. The date at the top is when they last did. Questions go to support@cques.ai.
Copyright and takedown
The photos and scores you upload stay yours. If you believe something posted here infringes your copyright, write to support@cques.ai with the work, where it appears, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised and your notice is accurate. We remove or disable material covered by a valid notice and tell whoever posted it; repeat infringers lose their account. This is our designated-agent channel for notices under 17 U.S.C. §512(c).
